Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at hello@enlesce.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions and the shipping address (329 Howe Street, Vancouver, BC V6C 3N2, Canada). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

As a small, independent brand with limited inventory, we do not offer free returns. If you decide to return your item for a refund (not an exchange), we can provide a prepaid shipping label and deduct a return fee from your refund.

Alternatively, you're welcome to use your own shipping method.

We kindly ask that if your item isn’t the right fit, you let us know as soon as possible so we can get it into the hands of another excited rider. Every return impacts our ability to serve the community sustainably — your understanding means a lot.

Exchanges (Free Return Shipping)

Looking to exchange for a different size, color, or style? We’re happy to offer free return shipping for exchanges shipping from within Canada.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Start a return by emailing us at hello@enlesce.com and let us know you'd like to exchange.

  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

  3. Once your new order is confirmed, we’ll send you a free return shipping label for the original item.

The original item must still meet our return conditions: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

This is not offered to international orders.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If something isn’t right — whether the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — contact us immediately at hello@enlesce.com, and we’ll make it right.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipping into the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period under EU law. This means you can return your item for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, with tags, and in original packaging — along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable return shipping fees.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
