Yes it’s true, we’re launching an elite race team and we’re looking for female and male riders from all over Canada... Because sponsoring someone else’s team just wasn’t enough.
We want to build Canada’s leading grassroots cycling team, creating opportunities for aspiring road and gravel racers and strengthen Canada’s underfunded racing scene.
It’s our way of putting our products to the test at the highest level and giving back to the community who support us.
The team will be our creative outlet for new products and designs and as a rider you can expect to get your hands on unreleased products and limited-edition racing kit.
Racing is special. It gives us stories worth sharing of moments of struggle, hope, defeat, and achievement that resonate beyond cycling.

YOU'RE THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR IF
You’re a Cat 1/2 rider focusing on road or gravel with athletic ambition, or perhaps an aspiring Cat 3 rider with something unique to offer.
You’re committed to represent ENLESCE and the team partners as well as participate in team events, social rides, photo shoots and content.
You have a collaborative mindset, want to take an active role on the team, believe in our vision of elevating Canadian cycling, and want to help us tell the story.
We’re not just screening based on results. We’re looking for personality, engagement, and passionate riders.

This is a non-profit team and all sponsorship dollars will go towards better supporting our riders.
Riders must have a valid racing license.
